Department Responsibilities:

  • Collection of Real Estate property taxes.
  • Accounts Payable - Bills are paid at the first council meeting of the month.

Real Estate property taxes are due quarterly on February 1st, May 1st, August 1st, and November 1st.

There is a grace period of 10 days in each quarter for non-payment of interest.

Taxes for the February 1st quarter are due on or before February 10th, 2011otherwise interest will accrue from the original due dae of February 1.

Taxes for the May 1st quarter are due on or before May 10th, 2011otherwise interest will accrue from the original due dae of May 1.

Taxes for the August 1st quarter are due on or before August 10th, 2011otherwise interest will accrue from the original due dae of August 1.

Taxes for the November 1st quarter are due on or before November 10th, 2011otherwise interest will accrue from the original due dae of November 1.
