Department Responsibilities 

Vital Statistics, all complaints relating to community public health, sanitary inspections, immunization information, all information regarding public health and safety.

Public Health Office 

  • Free Child Health Conference Service for children from infancy to Age 18 includes a physician performed physical exam and developmental assessment; administration of vaccines against childhood diseases; education, evaluation and referrals for families: Appointment necessary.
  • Lead Poisoning assessment and screening for children ages one year through five years.
  • Free adult Blood Pressure screenings, health assessments and health service referrals: Monday 9am - 12pm.
  • Monitoring and assessment of community health needs and communicable diseases.

    Schedule

    Board of Health Meetings are held the forth Wednesday of each month excluding the months of July and August.
