Councilman Kenneth Corcoran has served on the governing body for more than 13 years.
A resident of Cliffside Park for 36 years, Kenny has been involved in various Borough activities, from serving as Chairman of the Zoning Board to coaching recreation basketball.
Professionally, he serves as director of Bergen County’s Division of General Services, overseeing more than 80 employees. Kenny also was the chairman of Bergen County’s Improvement Authority for four years.
In addition, he has directed many improvements around town on his own time and initiative, such as restoring the Bell Tower at School Number 3. Kenny is also the Head Organizer of the Annual Diabetes Walk/Run in Cliffside Park.
A carpenter by trade, he has represented the New Jersey Regional Council of Carpenters and Carpenters Local 39, and is a member of the Cliffside Park Elks Club and Humane Society. Kenny and his family are active parishioners at Epiphany Church.
He resides on Commercial Avenue with his wife, Karen. They have two daughters, Katie and Jackie.
